CBN gets shock in SC, HC, ACB courts

Chandrababu Naidu has been serving the remand sentence at the Rajahmundry central jail for the last month or so and he has now waged a legal battle against the YCP government.
Naidu had filed multiple pleas at the Supreme Court, AP High Court, and the ACB court in Vijayawada. However, most of these pleas were struck down today.
The Supreme Court was expected to pass the verdict on the quash petition filed by Chandrababu Naidu today but that wasn't to be. The case was pushed to 10 October and there is still no clarity if the judgment will be passed on 10 October.
And as for the High Court, the judge dismissed the anticipatory plea filed by Chandrababu in the Angallu violence, Amaravati Inner ring road scam and the AP fiber grid cases.
The ACB court in Vijayawada struck down the bail plea filed by CBN in the skill development case. The court had also struck down the CID's plea to take CBN into custody for their investigation.
