Nagarjuna has approached the High Court to challenge HYDRA's decision to demolish N-Convention, a popular event venue. The Court has ordered both parties to maintain the status quo and scheduled a follow-up in two weeks to further review the matter. In the midst of the controversy, Nagarjuna issued a statement clarifying that he had purchased a patta land for the construction of N-Convention and denied any encroachment beyond the designated area. He emphasized that the land in question was legally documented and that he would abide by the law and the court's judgement.

Nagarjuna's statement to his fans and well-wishers sought to dispel any rumors or speculation surrounding the issue. He highlighted that the Special court of AP Land Grabbing (prohibition) Act had previously ruled in his favor, stating that no encroachment had occurred in the Tummidikunta Lake area where N-Convention is situated. Despite the ongoing legal battle, Nagarjuna urged the public to refrain from spreading misinformation and urged them to respect the legal process. The matter is currently under judicial review, and the final resolution will be determined by the Court's decision.
