KTR, the Working President of BRS, launched a scathing attack on the Congress Party and Rahul Gandhi for their alleged poaching of BRS MLAs in Telangana. Addressing the issue in Delhi, KTR accused Rahul Gandhi of employing unconstitutional tactics despite his daily embrace of the constitution. He condemned the Congress's double standards, stating they will not go unexposed in Telangana or Delhi.

Highlighting the case of Danam Nagender, who switched from BRS to Congress and contested the Secunderabad MP seat, KTR labeled the move as both unconstitutional and unethical. He pledged that BRS's four MPs in Rajya Sabha will actively oppose such tactics in Parliament.

KTR further warned that if Rahul Gandhi continues with this alleged poaching, BRS will escalate the matter to the Supreme Court, the President of India, and the Lok Sabha Speaker. This, he asserted, is to address what he perceives as Congress's illegal tactics in destabilizing Telangana's political landscape.
