I am not a certified personal trainer, I do have the knowledge I've worked out for years and played on various sports team from grade school to college. I was a phys Ed major, a fireman, played football, ran track as well as wrestled in college. I also taught swim lessons and assistant coach to a championship youth Triathlon team 2 years in a row. I once was a personal trainer years ago in WSC. I know my worth catch me now cause if I continue to do this the price will go up..
