Jagan Mohan Reddy, the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, recently accused former Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu of selling assets that were created during his tenure. In an interaction with his cadres, Jagan claimed that his government had built several medical colleges and constructed four new ports, including the nearly completed Ramayyapatnam port. He further alleged that Chandrababu was now attempting to sell these assets, including privatizing the medical colleges. Jagan's words in Telugu, "Nenu thechina Sampada ni Chandrababu Ishtam vachinatlu ammuthunnadu," suggested that Naidu was taking advantage of the assets created by YCP.

In response, TDP supporters dismissed Jagan’s claims, accusing him of fabricating imaginary investments. They pointed out that if Jagan had truly developed the state, his party would not have won just 11 seats in the previous election. They also emphasized that the NDA government, not Jagan’s, was responsible for bringing major investments like Google, TCS, and Infosys to Andhra Pradesh. TDP members questioned how unfinished ports and medical colleges could be considered assets, suggesting that Jagan’s allegations were exaggerated.
