Abhinaya School of Performing Arts



The Abhinaya School of Performing Arts was founded with the vision to propagate Indian, culture, traditions and values using the medium of Indian classical dance.The students train in beginner, junior, intermediate,senior and advanced and performer levels in the classical art forms of Bharathanatyam.



Kuchipudi is an option for students who finish a course of Bharathanatyam.Through dance the we aim to cultivate poise, confidence and physical fitness while providing in depth knowledge of classical dance traditions. The dance school is based in Katy and has a branch in Cypres

Additional Notes :

  • An extra dance for the recital could be taught besides the curriculum dance each year.
  •  All levels involve warm up and stretches plus practicing technique or Adavus in every class.
  • Beginner Level - 50 minutes of the class
  • Junior and intermediate levels  - 30 minutes of the class
  • Senior and advanced levels -15 minutes of the class
