Attorney Rupal Parikh handles matters related to immigration law, family law and conducts divorce mediations. She is licensed to practice in the States of New Jersey and Louisiana and handles immigration matters throughout the United States.
Attorney Parikh has worked defending the legal rights of immigrants for over 20 years. Prior to entering into private practice, Rupal was employed as a staff attorney at Nationalities Service Center (NSC), a Philadelphia nonprofit agency that services immigrants and refugees. During her time at NSC, Rupal managed a caseload consisting of asylum, family-based immigration, Violence Against Women Act and citizenship cases.
A native of Gujarat, India, Rupal immigrated to the United States in 1979 with her immediate family. In 1993, Rupal graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Louisiana State University. In 1997, she earned her Juris Doctor from Southern University Law Center in Baton Rouge, LA. Rupal went on to earn her L.L.M. in Transnational Law from the James Beasley School of Law at Temple University in 1999.
